Shipping & Delivery

All Twenty Wicks orders are carefully prepared and packed by hand in Essex.

UK Delivery
Orders are sent using Evri Standard Delivery. We aim to dispatch orders within 2–3 working days. Once dispatched, delivery will usually take approximately 2–4 working days, although courier delays can occasionally occur.

Delivery charges are shown at checkout before payment.

Personalised & Bespoke Orders
Personalised, bespoke and larger orders may require additional preparation time. Where this applies, an estimated timeframe will be provided when ordering or discussed with you directly.

Order Issues
